I'm Bill Price, and in this episode of Songs That Were Covers, I will feature the story behind the song titled “(Get Your Kicks On) Route 66”, which has been covered many times by several artists. The song, and the actual US Route 66, has an interesting history. Additionally it also has a special significance for me, as I will discuss in this episode.
