In 2001, Charles Forshee was charged with murdering Dillon Ferrar, a two-year old child in his care. Dillon’s four-year-old brother, Lucas, was a key witness at trial, and testified that he saw Forshee put a pillow on Dillon’s face. But the defense argued Lucas might have been responsible for his brother’s death. "48 Hours" correspondent Troy Roberts reports.
