Ep. 34 - How to Stay Rooted When Life Asks Everything

Description

Ep. 34 - My prayer for you is that you learn how to stay rooted in yourself when life asks everything of you, and that you build a relationship with your inner Kingdom so strong that even in the storm, you do not lose yourself.

In this episode, I share about the last 10 days of being in and out of the ICU with my husband’s father while my husband and I are also in a rebuilding season of life. It was intense, layered, & confronting on every level.

And through all of it, I have never been more grateful for this work.

This is a real-time reflection on what it actually looks like to live these tools when life gets hard. Not to avoid the storm, but to stay connected to yourself within it.

We talk about staying grounded in your body, orienting back to prayer, holding compassion & accountability in relationship. And learning how to stand shoulder to shoulder instead of turning on each other when pressure rises.

Because building your inner kingdom does not remove challenge.It changes how you meet it.

As Pluto in Aquarius unfolds, we are being asked to grow in our capacity to stay in integrity, hold complexity, and remain connected even when things feel uncertain.

If you are at ease in life right now or you are traversing a hard season, this episode is here to remind you to come back to yourself.

IN THIS EPISODE:

* Staying connected to yourself in high-stress moments

* Using somatic tools instead of old coping patterns

* Navigating pressure in relationships

* The role of prayer and community support

* Why this work matters when life gets real
