Have you ever been in a car with someone you don't trust?

Ugh it's so uncomfortable. Every turn has you gripping onto the seat or that handlebar thing up by your head.

Does it ever feel like your life is a car that's being driven by someone you don't fully trust? Like this driver must not realize how sharp the turn that they're taking are. They must not know that it feels like you're swerving all over the place.

The truth is that God is a trustworthy driver, but the way He guides us isn't towards the aim of our comfort, it's for our good.

Romans 8:28 puts it this way:

And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.
