Sl: Ko so prvi sončni žarki zjutraj osvetlili obale Blejskega jezera, so se Matejine oči odprle z rahlim trepetom pričakovanja.
En: When the first rays of the sun lit up the shores of Blejskega jezera in the morning, Matejine eyes opened with a slight tremor of anticipation.
Sl: Danes je imela razredna ekskurzija.
En: Today, there was a class excursion.
Sl: Razred se je zbral na planoti ob jezeru, kjer je cvetelo nešteto vrst pomladanskih cvetlic, zrak pa je bil poln vonja po svežem zelenju in pesmi ptic.
