The federal government is expected to announce significant changes today to the National Disability Insurance Scheme to address spiralling costs.
The NDIS is set to cost more than 50 billion dollars this financial year and it's expected to cost a hundred billion dollars a year by 2036, if the pace of its growth cannot be slowed.
So, where will the savings come from?
