Ep 448 | Nerdy Joy, Thoughtful Craft Talk, and a Little Chaos
Description
Drinking With Authors | Featuring PC Nottingham
Fuel up and prepare for launch—Nick Savage welcomes PC Nottingham to Drinking With Authors for a conversation that spans galaxies, battlefields, and even squirrel kingdoms.
PC Nottingham is a science fiction and fantasy author from the Great Lakes region whose love of sci-fi began with Star Wars and the Animorphs series. Inspired by the sweeping ideas of classic visionaries like Asimov and Le Guin, PC blends near-future science with bold imagination—crafting stories that explore what’s just beyond the technological horizon.
In this episode, Nick and PC dive into space opera scale storytelling, anthropomorphic ninja squirrels, balancing science with wonder, and how friendly scientists and documentaries help shape believable speculative worlds. Expect nerdy joy, thoughtful craft talk, and a little chaos along the way.
