Setting goals for the year is one of the most important things you can do if you want to achieve more in your life. With the end of 2021 approaching, most of us begin to shift our focus towards the year ahead. Before doing that, however, you may find it extremely valuable to first reflect deeply on 2021 by creating a "did list" of all your wins and losses.
