In this episode, we talk with Paula Chilton, Partner Liaison for CCTE and the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Center at Williamson County Schools in Franklin, Tennessee. Paula is transforming high school entrepreneurship education by giving students real world experience to actually launch and run their own businesses while STILL IN PUBLIC SCHOOL. So amazing! Many of her students are operating successful ventures by the time they graduate, building confidence, skills, and a powerful entrepreneurial mindset that sets them up for lifelong success. Through hands on learning, mentorship, pitch nights, and strong community partnerships, the program is changing the game and proving that entrepreneurship can and should be taught effectively in public high school.
