Katie on Sleep, Self Respect and Self Confidence
Description
In this episode, Katie shares her experience as she approaches one year sober. She talks about what it means to have faith in yourself, even when things feel uncomfortable, and how sobriety has shown her that she can do hard things without quitting. This is a conversation about being a work in progress rather than trying to fix everything at once, and learning to trust that change comes through consistency. Katie also reflects on how her sleep has improved since removing alcohol, and the difference that has made to her energy and daily life. It’s an honest look at commitment, self-trust and staying the course.
