In this powerful episode of the Spirit and Soul Healing Podcast, host Amy Sikarskie sits down with healing participant Jinny to reflect on her transformative experience on The Spirit and Soul Healing Show. Jinny shares how her initial session revealed profound parallels between past lives and her current journey, including a nine-year battle with PTSD that mirrored a past life of non-conformity and suppression.

The conversation dives deep into "weird" synchronicities—from fitness students calling Jinny a Viking to an intuitive reader sensing a soul-level desire to "bash heads in," both of which were picked up unknowingly by Amy's visions of a Viking past life involving a crushed skull.

Jinny also discusses her newfound freedom in vocal expression, her deep connection to nature and elementals, and her emerging gifts in Dragon and Arcturian channeling. This episode is a beautiful testament to how healing past life fragments can unlock a life of joy, community, and spiritual expansion.
