Your goals are the “ceiling”—what you want to create. But your beliefs are the “floor”—what actually supports you.

It shares that while setting goals is important, it’s only a small part of the process. Most of your results come from your subconscious beliefs, and those beliefs can either support you or hold you back.

This episode invites you to look at the foundation you’re building from and notice where there might be gaps or limits.

The message is simple: when you strengthen your beliefs, you create the support needed to actually reach your goals.
