In this episode of “Little Big Questions” Conor age 8 from County Armagh asked Fr. Darren how to be a friend to Jesus. Fr. Darren said that the most important thing to realise is that you already are a friend to Jesus, because Jesus has chosen you and wants you to be his friend. Fr. Darren said that we can be an even better friend to Jesus by being like Saint Carlo Acutis, who deeply valued his friendship with Jesus by spending time with him in the Eucharist and sharing everything with him like a friend would. He spoke to Jesus throughout the day in his heart even if he couldn’t be in front of Jesus in the Eucharist. Remember that Jesus is always with you and ready to listen to you and live each day with you as your best, most faithful friend.
