69. My Flexible Nighttime Routine for Burnout Recovery

Episode 69 Published 3 months ago
Description

In this week's fun/extra episode, I share my current night routine that is helping me move through chronic exhaustion and get back into my body and the present moment. This routine is less about rigid structure and more about listening to myself. I am sharing this as a reminder that allowing ourselves time to recharge isn't only needed when we're overworked, but is also needed consistently to keep us charged. This episode is the third and final part of my chronic exhaustion mini-series.

This episode was recorded in a moment of deep exhaustion and low energy. It's here to give you permission to rest in a way that actually works for you.

In this episode, I share:

  • The sensory experiences of my night routine
  • How I’ve learned to show up for myself consistently, not just when I’m at my limit
  • A step-by-step look at what I do each night after putting our toddler to bed
  • How to create a routine that feels supportive without being rigid or restrictive

Journal prompt of the week:

What am I ready to put down from today?
