Today is “Feel Good Friday,” no Mark Henry today, he’s at WrestleMania week. The Texas Spring Fan Fest is tomorrow, and the Longhorns pick up a new linebacker. Some key Longhorns’ players have high expectations heading into the season. The NFL Draft is closer, and the Cowboys are looking at a trade. The Cowboys will also keep their placekicker. We almost had a no-hitter yesterday. Cleveland Guardian Parker Messick gave up a hit to Baltimore Orioles’ Leody Taveras in the bottom of the ninth, and Los Angeles Angels’ Mike Trout showcased his power at Yankee Stadium. The NBA Play-In ends tonight, and the NBA Playoffs start this weekend. The Houston Rockets will play the Los Angeles Lakers, and the San Antonio Spurs will play the Portland Trail Blazers. Victor Wembanyma doesn’t feel his head coach’s first playoff run will be a hindrance to the team. We preview the weekend in Texas sports.
