A B-double truck has crashed into multiple vehicles on the Hume Freeway at Violet Town after careering onto the wrong side of the road. Two adults and two children have been transported to hospital, with a number of patients initially trapped at the scene. All lanes of the Hume Freeway are closed in both directions as emergency services respond to the major incident.
