📝 懶人包
∙ Opus 4.7 換到 Claude Code 不是 drop-in：官方親口說 tokenizer 更新加上模型後段 turn 想更多，token 用量會變，prompt 跟 harness 要重調才能拿到最好效能。

∙ xhigh 是全新的預設 effort：介於 high 與 max 之間的新等級，不是舊 high 的別名，多數 agentic coding 工作留在 xhigh 最合適。

∙ Extended Thinking 的固定 thinking budget 取消：改成 adaptive thinking，模型每一步自己決定是否要思考、思考多少。

∙ 我的觀察：這篇表面上是升級手冊，底下其實是一場心態搬家。Opus 4.7 把更多決策權還給模型，把更多「把話說清楚」的責任推給你。想要更多工具呼叫、更多子代理、更長的回覆，都要在 prompt 白紙黑字寫出來。
