מצות טהרת המשפחה הוא ענין עיקרי ויסודי וחיוני לכללות חיי האיש והאשה וילדיהם וכלל ישראל עד סוף כל הדורות! אין סיבה אמיתית מדוע אין הרבנים ובעלי-מוסר רועשים ע"ז. בזמננו אין לסמוך שבהגיע הזמן לזה ישמעו וילמדו בבית (ע"ז, ובודאי לא) כל פרטי הדינים, ואין ברירה אלא שהרבנים ירעישו בציבור ובפומבי בכל הזדמנות אודות נחיצת שמירת טהרת המשפחה, בכללות, ולהודיע מיד ע"ד ייסודם של שיעורים בפרטי הדינים שבהם יוכלו לענות על שאלות וכו'. וזוהי השליחות הראשונה של הנשים – לתבוע זאת (באופן מכובד) מהרבנים, ולא לנוח עד שהדברים יצאו לפועל, שיתייסדו שיעורים בזה בכל ביהכנ"ס ובית-ספר לבנות וכיו"ב. וגם בזמן הקיץ יכולים וחייבים להתעסק בזה. ואפשר לעשות כ"ז באופן של צניעות וכו'.

The mitzvah of family purity is a primary, foundational, and vital mitzvah that affects the entire life of the husband and wife, their children, their children’s children, and the entirety of the Jewish people until the end of all generations. There is no real reason for the fact that rabbonim have not discussed it publicly, and these days, one cannot rely on the assumption that when the time comes, young women will learn about it at home (and certainly not about) all the detailed laws; therefore, there is no alternative but for rabbonim to speak loudly and publicly and at every opportunity about the importance of family purity in general, and to immediately announce the establishment of classes on the detailed laws where they can answer questions etc. And this is the first mission incumbent upon the women – to demand from the rabbonim (in a respectful manner) to establish classes on the subject in shuls and girls’ schools etc., and not to rest until they are implemented in practice. Even during the summer, it is possible and obligatory to arrange such classes – and it can all be done in a modest manner etc.
