An illegitimate, inappropriate, and indiscriminate restriction on freedoms.
That's according to the The NSW Court of Appeal, after it yesterday struck down the state's anti-protest laws enacted after the Bondi terrorist attack.
The laws gave police the power to make a declaration - preventing the authorisation of public assemblies in certain areas.
The Premier, Chris Minns, says he's disappointed.
