On this episode, the boys had the legend Mike Korfhage on to talk all things Boston Marathon. This is going to be Mike's 13th consecutive Boston Marathon! He knows how to make the most out of your Boston Marathon weekend experience.
We discussed several pre-race topics such as what the best day to get there is, going to the expo, the pre-race Church service, restaurants, shakeout runs, etc! Most of the episode was dedicated to race day: what time to wake up, the bus loading times, what to do and what not to do while waiting at Hopkinton High School, how to race the course, and more!
Finally - we of course talked about some fun post-race traditions that Mike and the Korfedge crew do every year. This was a really fun episode, enjoy and see you in BOSTON!
