Stress is a fact of life for everyone, but sometimes, we may feel more stressed out and overwhelmed than other times. Even happy events like planning a wedding or preparing for a new baby can create stress. And then there are the sad events like loss of a loved one, a broken relationship, and financial problems that can cause us to feel stressed out, too.

There is a continuum that most people fall along at different points in their lives. I offer a free stress assessment tool to help people do a self-assessment. Answer the 32 questions on the questionnaire. If you answer 10 or fewer questions with a "yes," your stress is in the "normal" range. Anything higher than 10 "yes" answers should be noted, and the higher the number, the more concerned you should be.
