Sl: Triglavski narodni park je spomladi čudovit.
En: Triglavski narodni park is beautiful in the spring.

Sl: Divje cvetlice cvetijo povsod.
En: Wildflowers bloom everywhere.

Sl: Barve so živahne.
En: The colors are vibrant.

Sl: Nebo je svetlo modro.
En: The sky is bright blue.

Sl: Sneg se še drži na visokih vrhovih.
En: Snow still clings to the high peaks.

Sl: Cele narave veje pomladna toplina.
En: The whole of nature radiates spring warmth.

Sl: Mateja hodi po ozki poti.
En: Mateja walks along a narrow path.

Sl: Je velik ljubitelj narave.
En: She is a great nature lover.

Sl: Vsak vikend raziskuje lepe pokrajine Slovenije.
En: Every weekend, she explores the beautiful landscapes of Slovenia.

Sl: A nato začne kašljati.
En: But then she starts coughing.

Sl: Zdi se, da vsak cvet sprošča več peloda.
En: It seems every flower releases more pollen.

Sl: Matejine oči srbijo.
En: Mateja's eyes itch.

Sl: Nos jo srbi.
En: Her nose itches.

Sl: "Potrebuješ odmor?
En: "Do you need a break?"

Sl: Mateja zamaha z roko.

En: "I can continue," she grits her teeth.

Sl: Čez uro so na osamljenem delu poti.
En: An hour later, they are in a secluded part of the path.

Sl: Simptomi se poslabšajo.
En: Her symptoms worsen.

Sl: Mateja težko diha.
En: Mateja has difficulty breathing.

Sl: Klemen in Anja postaneta resno zaskrbljena.
En: Klemen and Anja become seriously worried.

Sl: "Mateja, moramo se vrniti," reče Klemen.
En: "Mateja, we need to go back," Klemen says.

Sl: Mateji pogum pade.
En: Mateja's courage falters.
