Thane is a legal analyst and international law scholar who explains how far First Amendment protections stretch in regards to free speech, and when they cross the line. As masses of Americans violently call for intifada and the massacre of Jews, the normalization of terrorist rhetoric against Jewish people and the Jewish State of Israel is not only dangerous, it just may be illegal.

Thane Rosenbaum is a law professor, legal and Middle East analyst, novelist, essayist, and Distinguished University Professor at Touro University, where he directs the Forum on Life, Culture & Society.
