1 Corinthians 1 (Part 1): 1-17 - Called to be Saints
Season 8
Episode 182

Description
Why would God call deeply flawed people “saints”? In 1 Corinthians 1:1–17, Pastor Paul shows how Paul opens this letter to a struggling church by reminding them of their identity in Christ—sanctified, gifted, and sustained by God’s grace. You’ll see why grace always comes before peace, how the gospel creates unity instead of rivalry, and why elevating human leaders only divides the body of Christ. This passage invites us to rest in God’s faithfulness, embrace our calling as His holy ones, and keep the power of the cross at the center of our lives.
