Popok reports on 50 House Democrats calling for the creation of a bipartisan 17 person Commission on Presidential Capacity to Discharge Powers and Duties, to get the Trump Cabinet and VP under oath about Trump's mental capacity and provide oversight over the 25th Amendment removal process.  At the same time, a group of leading psychologists and psychiatrists have sent a demand letter to Congress that they provide drag in the Cabinet and VP for immediate testimony and "consultation" because Trump is exhibiting the "Dark Triad" of narcissism, machiavellianism, and pathological behavior that makes him unfit to be Commander in Chief.
