He Started Carnivore At 88 And Is Breaking World Records | Dr. Shawn Baker & Bob

Published 8 hours ago
Description

Bob was experiencing an acute health decline - coronary stent; stroke, Heavy Leg and Crowned Dens Syndromes. He took Toby Keith's song to Clint Eastwood to heart and hasn't let the old man in. Bob has been athletic most of his life and these conditions were new, so he decided to find out if they could be reversed, and they all have. Bob grew up in a rough neighborhood and learned how to handle himself - Golden Gloves LH title at 17, wrestling, crew, running, power lifting, etc., up through his 70's. In his own research, he jumped into exercise and a carnivore diet all at once after retirement from a 65 year run in his holistic dental practice.
