Today I want to cover the top signs of common nutrient deficiencies. It’s important to be aware of these symptoms and understand what’s really behind them from a nutritional standpoint.

Common signs of deficiencies: 1. Excessive yawning Potential deficiency: • Iron

2. Air hunger Potential deficiency: • B1

3. Tetany Potential deficiency: • Calcium (locked-up calcium)
