Max Spencer, 30, has been arrested and charged with the murder of his pregnant girlfriend Hayley McClenahan-Ernst, who was found dead in her Kingswood home in May 2017. The arrest comes almost a decade after the 21-year-old mother of two suffered fatal injuries, with Spencer being the last person to see her alive. A coronial inquest was suspended late last year before new information led to today's breakthrough arrest at Bucca, north of Coffs Harbour.
