The 16 year old stepbrother of Anna Kepner has officially been charged with first degree murder and aggravated sexual abuse after Kepner was found asphyxiated, under her bed on a Carnival cruise ship in November of last year. Her stepbrother is being charged as an adult and prosecutors say he is “a danger to others” claiming he committed “the most serious, egregious and violative crimes one person can inflict upon another.”
