Peru
In Peru, presidential candidates Keiko Fujimori, a right-wing figure and daughter of former dictator Alberto Fujimori, and Rafael López Aliaga, who is close to the far right, are set to face each other in a runoff on June 7, following Sunday's election. The irregularities sparked strict protests against electoral authorities, along with accusations of what critics are calling an unprecedented fraud.
