The CareGivers Grief Commission (CGC) is a national initiative built for Family CareGivers who are carrying more than most people realize. We operate at the intersection of clinical insight and daily restoration equipping caregivers with structure, language, and tools that protect capacity over the long haul. This is about building sustainable strength for the entire journey.
CareGiving changes identity, rhythm, and responsibility, often overnight. Most systems focus on the patient. We focus on the person holding it all together. When caregiver grief is acknowledged and addressed, clarity returns. Decisions become steadier. Boundaries become healthier. Care becomes more sustainable.
