Canada just set a new All-Time-High sales volume record amount, and there's still a full month of sales to go. During this same time home prices have increased by 24% including the 2.7% gain last month alone. This demonstrates how extreme the last year has been but now we are seeing indicators that we are near the end of this tremendous bull run. All real estate goes through a cycle and the data is pointing to this one being near the top.
