Canada just set a new All-Time-High sales volume record amount, and there's still a full month of sales to go. During this same time home prices have increased by 24% including the 2.7% gain last month alone. This demonstrates how extreme the last year has been but now we are seeing indicators that we are near the end of this tremendous bull run.
