Southern University Launches WSUB ‘The Bluff’ Radio Station

Southern University has officially launched WSUB “The Bluff” on 106.1 FM, taking over the former WTQT gospel frequency. Chancellor John K. Pierre and Station Manager Nicolette Gordon describe the station as a transformative learning lab for students and a platform for Baton Rouge’s music culture. The station will feature gospel, hip-hop, R&B and pop music while mentoring future broadcasters.
