For this podcast we meet the current Veterans of Foreign Wars Commander-in-Chief, retired United States Army combat veteran Carol Whitmore. Her vast experience throughout her 36 years of service with the Army made her the ideal choice to lead the VFW. Commander Whitmore is the first woman to serve as National Commander, and the first Iowan to hold this post.
