But the sample is “mixed” — and progress on locating a suspect seems to be stalled. DNA expert CeCe Moore says she would advise investigators to return to the crime scene to find more samples. Moore also discusses a new machine on the horizon that could help with the DNA challenges, and how private DNA labs are eager to help break the case.
