“Send Coach John a message”

I saw a gem this morning from Dolphins Enlighten (@embracetruejoy) where this was shared:  “Focusing on what is going right, rather than what is wrong, improves your life! If you want to feel better then you need to think better!”  This intro hit me as I know I’ve been on a journey to do this better and the post itself helps me to keep at it even more! Here’s the post:  “When you CHOOSE to FOCUS on what’s going RIGHT instead of what’s going wrong …when you CHOOSE to focus on what you can do instead of what you can’t do … those are the times you will have the biggest breakthroughs in life!”  This is something that I am finding out as I get older, to continue focusing on this, to keep getting better no matter how old I am. This is something for all of us to take to heart.
