Season 2

Description
If you're anything like me, you may have a lot of groups under your belt, and you may find it impossible to maintain or build a connection with your client base.
Even if you're starting out and on the smaller side, are you checking in on your clients' lives? Are you celebrating their wins and milestones? Not just automated birthday and holiday emails, more truly building a relationship.
Day 99 of the Travel Agency in a Year is all about why it's so important to build connections with your travel clients.
