Since 1982, Mr. Armoyan has successfully founded and grown numerous businesses, created shareholder value at several public companies through restructuring operations by applying a commonsense approach to business.
Mr. Armoyan also serves on the board of Clarke Inc. (TSX:CKI), Calfrac Well Services (TSX: CFQ), Ag Growth International (TSX: AFN), and Morguard Corporation (TSX: MRC).
