Greg Rutherford is a British Olympic Gold-Medallist and Broadcaster, and one of the most successful long jumpers in history. He has won titles at the Olympics, World, European and Commonwealth Championships during a distinguished athletics career. Greg is a regular co-host on BBC Morning Live and he’s also appeared on programmes such as Strictly Come Dancing and Celebrity MasterChef!


In this episode Greg opens up about his life beyond his sporting career and the power that visualisation and mindset have had on his life. His three Sliding Doors Moments include: getting in with a bad crowd when he was 16 and the visualisation that saved his life, not going to a party that his wife was at and how they would have never have got together if they’d met that night and deciding not to go into American football.
