Dr Karuna Shankar Pande served as Vice President – International Operations at Amazon from April 2024 to February 2026. Prior to this, he held leadership roles across several global organisations over a distinguished career spanning more than three and a half decades. A motivational speaker and author, he has written insightful books such as Management Karma – The Art of Being Happily Successful, Effective Follower Today, Great Leader Tomorrow, and Latent Output – Realising Hidden Potential.
He had his first darshan of Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba in 2002, and since then, Bhagawan has become the very breath of his life.
