Published 1 month, 3 weeks ago
Description
Join our hosts for Wednesday’s show where we will be discussing: ‘Is racism becoming more acceptable in the UK?’ and ‘Children as innocent victims of war.’
Is racism becoming more acceptable in the UK?
With the rise of Reform and anti Muslim hate, has racism itself become more normalised and tolerated in the UK? How can we reverse this?
Children as innocent victims of war
War is often spoken about in terms of politics, power and territory, but it is children who suffer some of the deepest scars. From losing their homes and families to growing up in fear, hunger and trauma, innocent lives are too often shaped by conflicts they did not choose. Join us as we explore the devastating impact of war on children, why their suffering must never be ignored and how Islamic teachings call for mercy, justice and the protection of the most vulnerable.
