Before joining TeamBuildr, Trent spent six years owning and operating a personal training facility in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. During that time, he coached over 400 clients, built long-term client relationships, and learned firsthand the realities of running a sports performance business, from programming and coaching to operations, retention, and growth.

With nearly a decade in the fitness industry, Trent brings a unique blend of coaching experience and operational insight to the private sector.
