Firebombing hits Burleigh Heads jewellery store

A Ford Ranger was deliberately driven into a luxury jewellery store on James Street in Burleigh Heads at 2:40am before being set alight by masked offenders who fled in another vehicle. The incident marks the second firebombing on the Gold Coast in two days, following a similar attack at a car wash in Arundel. Police are investigating whether the two attacks are linked, with no arrests made in either case.
