Alan Daveron hosts a special Easter Sunday evening programme gathering lay people and religious to share their memories, reflections and personal faith stories around the Easter season. Contributors include Fr. Ray Flaherty, who reflects on the characters of Holy Week as mirrors of people in our own lives, and sociologist Lisa, who speaks about the silence of Jesus before Pilate as one of the most complex and studied moments of human communication in the scriptures. Guests also share warm personal Easter memories including celebrating with the Carmelite sisters in Roebrook and the family parlour tea with apple tart and best china. The programme closes with a blessing and prayer for all listeners on this Easter Sunday.
