Dr David Cartland versus Goliath | UK Column Interviews

Description
Dr Cartland was struck off the medical register after a tribunal hearing at the end of 2025. Now, in a highly unusual development, the Disclosure and Barring Service has placed him on the Vulnerable Adults' and Children's Barred Lists.
This has led to the Football Association banning him, and Dr Cartland can no longer referee at football games or watch any football matches.
He describes his punishments and treatment as a witch-hunt; one he says he has endured at the hands of the General Medical Council and other authorities since becoming a Covid whistleblower in 2021.
However, despite the best efforts of the authorities to silence him and destroy his life, Dr Cartland says he will continue to speak truth to power and fight for justice.
This is his sobering, but also inspiring, story of a real David versus Goliath battle.
