Description
Within days of Trump signing an executive order last week to try to make Mail in voting harder, and have the Postal Service and Social Security Administration police it in violation of the States' roles in managing federal elections, the ACLU rushed to Court and filed the first case to block the executive order. Popok is joined by the ACLU's Deputy Director of its Voting Rights Project Davin Rosborough, to discuss the case, the judge assigned, and the other series of cases filed by other groups and how they all fit together to accomplish the same goal: tear down Trump's walls to undermine voting rights.
