Ahead of the launch of his new Radio Maria series Body Talk, Harry sits down with Nick Koeppel, director of Theology of the Body Educators. Nick is based in Kraków — the city where St John Paul II lived and ministered for forty years. He introduces the Theology of the Body, the catechesis John Paul II gave to the Universal Church between 1979 and 1984, and explains why it matters so much now: young people bombarded by a culture that distorts sexuality need to hear that the Church’s teaching on the body is not a list of prohibitions but a vision of flourishing. A warm and wide-ranging conversation touching on dating, celibacy, marriage, and why young people today are more receptive to this teaching than many might expect. Body Talk begins on Wednesday 1st April at 8:30pm.
