There were drones following a man and shooting laser beams at him, at least according to him. No one else saw anything

There were 10 deer loitering in some guy’s yard, and he wanted them removed.
March 30th - City of Beloit
There was a man standing on a corner, telling people in cars that he was drunk.
March 30th was a Monday. I might brag to people in cars as well if I were drunk. Like suckerssss you're all going to work and I'm drunk on a corner. Yeaaaaaa
