Glenn Poulos is an entrepreneur and strategist building his third company, ProgUSA, which supplies tools and equipment that help test and strengthen the modern power grid. His work supports utilities, contractors, and the growing demand tied to data centers and AI power needs. Glenn started his first company at twenty nine and grew it for fifteen years before a strong exit. He later co founded Gap Wireless and helped grow it past eighty million in sales before another eight figure exit. After two wins in tech and distribution, he moved from Toronto to Orlando to lead ProgUSA and step into a new industry, new customers, new products, and a new country. He believes growth comes from changing lanes when others stay put. Glenn is a seasoned sales strategist and the award winning author of Never Sit in the Lobby. He also runs two AI training projects and performs as a voice over actor and charity DJ under the name Phossl helping non-profits host successful events.
