Hawk covers Higgins's notorious record, including his conspiracy theories about January 6th, his claim that undercover FBI agents orchestrated the Capitol attack, and his attempt to get FBI Director Christopher Wray to confirm informants were planted in the crowd. Higgins remains the only member of Congress out of 428 to vote against the Epstein Files Transparency Act, where his stated goal was protecting the unnamed men in those files.

Higgins's history of racist social media posts is also on full display, from threatening legally armed Black men during the BLM protests to his rant about Haitian migrants, which even fellow Republicans condemned. After Speaker Mike Johnson defended him, Higgins publicly stated he would post the same content again without hesitation. Despite it all, Louisiana voters returned him to Congress for a fifth term.
